Irys Avila's permanent makeup journey began more than six years ago in Las Vegas, where she built her career around continued education, technical precision, and personalized artistry.

She believes exceptional permanent makeup takes more than learning a single technique. It requires a strong understanding of skin, color theory, facial structure, pigment selection, healing, and how results may change over time.

Irys trained at Microbladers in Las Vegas and graduated from Beauty Angels Academy. She has continued her education through technique-specific certifications, extensive hands-on practice, advanced training, and a six-month mentorship with respected artists. Her studies also include the PMU Las Vegas Convention, where she learned from professionals in the permanent makeup industry and refined her approach to choosing techniques for each client.

Her expertise is built not simply on certificates, but on the time and discipline she has devoted to mastering her craft and continuing to grow as an artist.

Every treatment begins with a thoughtful assessment of your skin type, facial features, natural brow hair pattern, lifestyle, personal style, maintenance preferences, and long-term needs.
