Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits range from $25 to $100 depending on the service selected. The deposit amount will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit to book future appointments.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and your deposit may be forfeited. We want to ensure every client receives the full time and attention they deserve.
Follow-Up Appointments
Most micropigmentation services require a follow-up (perfecting) appointment 6 to 12 weeks after the initial procedure. This follow-up is not included in the original service price and must be booked separately. Clients who miss their follow-up window (beyond 12 weeks) will need to book a touch-up appointment at the applicable rate.
Health & Contraindications
Certain medical conditions, medications, or skin types may affect your eligibility for micropigmentation services. Please disclose any relevant health information during your consultation. We reserve the right to decline service if we determine it is not safe or suitable for you.
Results & Touch-Ups
Results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and individual healing. Micropigmentation is a two-step process — the initial session and the follow-up are both necessary to achieve optimal results. Annual touch-ups are recommended to maintain the appearance of your service.
Buy Now, Pay Later
Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in-person for bookings between $50 and $4,000 through Sezzle and Klarna. Approval is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective financing provider. Get approved before your appointment for a seamless experience.
